Giving a TV show box set for a gift these days is very popular. Some TV shows now are better than movies and the bonus is that they entertain for hours longer. Hot on everyone’s lips right now is the new HBO show True Blood. This show is saucy and sexy and not recommended for those who don’t do well at the sight of blood, for everyone else though this show is a must see.

4. Flight of the Conchords

Flight of the Conchords is a quirky little show about a two-man novelty band from New Zealand who find the funny things in everyday life and often sing about them too. This show is hilariously entertaining and would be a great gift for anyone who likes unique shows or just enjoys a good old laugh.

5. Transformers

This is not the movie Transformers with that geeky guy and hot girl, this is the original cartoon series created 25 years ago. This show would be a great gift to give to children or even to the adults who can remember fondly watching it themselves all those years ago. Definitely recommended.

Planet Earth is the most amazing wildlife/nature show that anyone will ever see. This show films and educates on some of the most splendid regions and habitats around the globe. 7. Sex and the City

This show is the single girls bible and it will be watched over and over again. Trust us every adult female out there doesn’t just want to have this show, but she needs it. So if she doesn’t already own this show, it would definitely make a great TV show gift on DVD.

8. Seinfeld

Seinfeld is one of the best TV shows on DVD and even though it is about nothing it will surely have you laughing about something and yada yada yada this show will make a great gift for just about anyone.

9. Red Dwarf

This show is an absolute classic yet still as funny now as it has ever been. The complete series of Red Dwarf would make a great tv show gift for science fiction geeks, cool kids or anyone who enjoys a bit of BBC comedy.

10. The Office

Anyone who has worked in an office will be able to relate to this show and have themselves a good giggle. This TV show would make a great gift for those stuck in a cubicle all day or for anyone who gets a good laugh out of Steve Carell’s comic genius.
